Shemar Wheeler is a passionate Theatre Artist. He believes all art forms have a purpose. He uses his art to create & spark new-invigorating discussions. He has an immense love for turtles & believes that art is a reflection of life. It has the power to lead the charge in positive change.
Tony Donaldson Jr.
Outreach & Marketing Coordinator
Tony Donaldson Jr., is a DC Democrative State Committerman & Theatre Artist. He is a proud graduate of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts. In 2016, he was elected to the DC Youth Democrats Executive Committee. He is currently a Minister & Communications Coordinator at the Ark of Safety Christian Church, & is pursuing a degree in Political Science/English
Director of Social Media/Treasurer
Tierra Burke is an actress & creative artist. Tierra studied at Duke Ellington School of the Arts & is in the process of achieving her B.F.A in acting. She hopes to shine greater light on her support for original & community based work.
Jammine Nance is an alumni of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts. He is young writer, actor, & singer. Jammine is very outspoken & eager about social & economic issues that effect different groups. He finds it easier to communicate through his writing & art.

Logistics & Space Coordinator
Charles H. Franklin IV is a native D.C. artist. He uses his knowledge & experience in the arts & specialized learning to create, serve, & advocate for social & educational equality through the arts. Proud to serve on the board of DROOM, Franklin plans to continue to make theatre accessible for communities & create provocative, & inspiring theatre to evoke change.
